Not one staff member wore a mask and, because of the tight nature of the tables, came very close to us, each other and other patrons. Not very good service , all food was over cooked , the fries they brought me out were old and completely hard and cold , I have been without a drink for almost my whole meal I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! I'd definitely consider going again, maybe getting something else on the menu but would go back. The chicken tortilla soup was served with two packets of crackers. Our waitress Blake was bubbly and friendly and told us that the original restaurant had burned down in 2015 and it was finally recovering. Almost Heaven, because you will be one step closer to the grave after eating this greasy, frozen/fried, nasty food! Another couple walked in and was told the same thing. If you're at Harpers Ferry, swing over and get some crab dip! The food side of things the spinach dip was ok and the burger was cooked to preference and adding bacon was a must to complete the burger. It was all bad. Needless to say seating situation was chaotic. It was a warm day, but a nice breeze made it pleasant.

I was a frequent customer of Private Quinn's Pub before the July 2015 fire that destroyed it and a number of other businesses, so when I heard that Almost Heaven would be opening in its place with more or less the same menu, I was thrilled! Not the case here, a good little eatery in Harpers Ferry. I've stopped here many times and enjoyed a beer and food on the upper patio. They really need a staff!!! Nice little restaurantWe chose this restaurant after reading some reviews and decided to give it a try. I wasn't even hungry, the taste was just good. I had the crab cake sandwich and it was so so. It was HUGE! Ultimately, the staff seemed more concerned about taking their cigarette break rather than tending to their customers.

However we got there and were bummed to find they were closed and Almost Heaven was the only option left! The waitress was very friendly and explained the menu and...the craft beers they offer. We told our waitress we had to catch the bus back to our car, which was located at the main entrance to Harpers Ferry National Park.
