I always just cook frozen or fresh chicken breasts in the crockpot during the day on the day I plan to make these. Thanks for posting with step by step pics. I would imagine you do but I’m not sure. Not to mention it is fast, easy, and inexpensive to make. I just added some red enchilada sauce to the bottom of the glass dish and added like 4 Oz of fire roasted diced green chilies to the chicken mixture. Can someone help?
