I would personally say Norwegian and Danish because there a bit easier for me an American to pronounce but it's not about which is easier it's about the one that will benefit you the most. :D. As far as grammar is concerned, these three languages present the exact same difficulties. Grammar wise i think they´re all pretty much the same.. Danish has a terrible pronunciation, and Norwegian doesn´t have a standard language but a standard written form, meaning, they all use their own dialects, however Swedish does have a standard that´s used pretty much everywhere so i´d go for that one.

As a dane i can tell you that the difference is not big once you speak one fluently, however, swedish is the one that is most off the other nordic languages which shows on etiquettes and the like where danish and norwegian is written together. I learn all three scandinavian languages, and as far as i know norwegian and swedish are very similar but danish is hard to pronounce. This means you can reach complete fluency in them in 575-600 hours or 23-24 weeks. Rather than having the stød (glottal catch) that makes Danish hard to pronounce, both Norwegian nad Swedish have word tones, where every stressed word with more than 1 syllable is either tone 1 or tone 2. However, I think I will go with Swedish, and then improve my Norwegian skills as well, since the two languages are very similar.

It's mutually intelligible for Norwegians because they're used to it (even though there are a few dialects even Norwegians have trouble understanding! Furthermore you can (so it is said) go to Sweden and speak Norwegian, or vice versa, and everyone will understand 100% and nobody will even be bothered by it.
