Lead on the monitoring and evaluation of curriculum maps and schemes of learning including key assessments, Oversight of the Personal Development Programme, Work with Headteacher to set ambitious school targets, Analyse student assessment against targets to track student progress, with a focus on pupil premium, SEND and LAC, Ensure staff have a robust understanding of data and assessment through effective CPD, Quality assure strategic data for student attainment and progress, Work with Strategic Leads for KS4 and KS3, HoDs to develop successful intervention strategies across all year groups, Develop, lead and manage effective strategies to improve standards of achievement, Monitor and oversee all aspects of student achievement, progress, attendance and behaviour, including safeguarding at KS3, Lead on the development of a KS3 Student Leadership Programme, Lead on the quality assurance of assemblies, tutor time, parent voice at KS3, Co-ordinate and manage arrangements for internal exclusions for KS3 students, Oversee and be responsible for the quality assurance of off-site provision for KS3, Lead on the monitoring and tracking of attendance and punctuality for KS3, Day to day operation of the SEND provision, particularly the identification, assessment and subsequent support offered to students, Lead on the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of SEND provision through an evaluative provision map management cycle, Track progress and set targets for raising achievement for students with SEND, Monitor teaching and learning, including planning and work scrutiny, to ensure they meet the needs of children with SEND, Support colleagues in relation to SEND through advice, guidance and organisation of CPD training, Lead on the evaluation of the impact of inclusive teaching and support staff to improve practice, Oversee appropriate access arrangements are in place in line with JCQ guidelines, Oversee and monitor LAC attendance, punctuality, academic progress and Attitude to Learning, Support middle leaders to review schemes of learning including assessments for core subjects, Lead on an induction programme for NQTs and new staff, Development and implementation of a Career Stage Expectations programme for all teachers, Development and implementation of school mentoring/coaching programme, Support the development of Teaching School/Research School, Lead Teacher Coach for pupil premium students – developing classroom interventions to ensure accelerated progress for PP students, Support middle leaders to review schemes of learning including assessments for foundation subjects, Quality assurance of teaching and learning, Oversight of homework and independent learning, Review and develop marking, assessment and feedback across the school, Coordinate and manage whole school student voice, Oversight of the learning environment and displays, Increase standards and achievement in mathematics, Design and implement a new maths curriculum across Hungerhill School and Doncaster UTC, Work in partnership with the CEO, Head Teachers and Principal of the Doncaster UTC to provide vision, leadership and direction for the academy ensuring all relevant standards of conduct are met by students and staff, Oversight, implementation and quality assurance of Year 7 catch up programmes (English and maths), Work with partner schools in the Brighter Futures Learning Partnership Trust to develop strategically and build upon the mathematical skills and enthusiasm for the subject across the Trust.
