Worst hotel I've ever been to! We move rooms get set up, I go to take a shower and (let's say it together) NO HOT WATER! When they switched out room, there was construction noises, loud hammering, saws, and drills in the room adjacent. My father in law and I both went up to the front desk to separate times to ask her about the door, and then got transferred to another room since the door fob was broken. The lobby was creepy and old, I had to come back to the front desk 3 times because my keys didn't work, and then found out the tv service was out altogether because they were switching providers. The walls are not even sealed and it looks to me like management doesn’t care one bit about this place. The first room they put us in had a broken door jam, the door did not close completely at the bottom and was lose sand rattled, when I called the front desk that inform them that I did not feel.
